We are seeking a dedicated Product Onboarding Specialist to join our team for a full-time role based in Noida. The specialist will be responsible for guiding new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and efficiently utilize our software. Day-to-day tasks include delivering personalized onboarding sessions, providing training and support, analyzing client needs, and addressing any challenges during implementation to achieve customer success.

• Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills, including an excellent ability to build relationships with clients and provide clear instructions.
• Experience in Customer Onboarding and Client Onboarding, ensuring clients are set up for success with our software.
• Analytical Skills to assess client needs and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Problem-solving capabilities and proactive approaches to addressing client concerns.
• Proficiency in technology and software tools; prior experience in software onboarding or education materials is a plus.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred.
