Role OverviewWe are looking for a Product Marketing Manager with 5 to 6 years of experience in B2C fintech, wealthtech, insurtech or Candidates who have driven product marketing for consumer apps, especially subscription-based models, will be strongly preferred.
This role is not about social media posting.
It is about driving activation, positioning, and paid conversion for a trust-led product.
You will work closely with founders and product teams to define how Safebox is understood, adopted, and paid for.
Key Responsibilities- Define and refine Safeboxs core positioning and messaging
- Own onboarding and activation flow optimisation
- Improve paid subscription conversion
- Launch feature-led campaigns
- Build lifecycle journeys (Email, WhatsApp, push notifications)
- Drive A/B testing for pricing, messaging, and funnels
- Work with performance marketing to improve CAC-to-LTV ratio
- Translate compliance into trust-based narratives
- Analyse funnel metrics and drive growth experiments
- 56 years in B2C fintech, wealthtech, insurtech, or subscription apps
- Strong understanding of Indian consumer behavior
- Hands-on experience with activation and retention funnels
- Experience using tools like CleverTap
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort with data
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Ability to work closely with founders in a fast-paced environment
- Higher activation within first 7 days
- Improved conversion from free to paid
- Clear and differentiated Safebox positioning
- Reduced drop-offs in onboarding
- Strong trust-led brand perception
