Location: Bangalore, Onsite- 5 days a week

Position Overview

Lifesight is looking for a creative and analytical Product Marketing Manager to drive awareness, adoption, and retention across our customer base. In this role, youll lead go-to-market execution, own the in-product experience, and create strategies that connect existing customers with continuous value through education, engagement, and enablement.


Key Responsibilities

Go-to-Market (GTM) Management

Coordinate roadmap management in hand with the Product Team

Lead cross-functional GTM planning and execution for product launches and updates.

Define audience segmentation, messaging frameworks, and conversion strategies in partnership with Product and Sales.

Manage launch timelines, ensure alignment across teams, and track outcomes against success metrics.


Customer Marketing

Develop and execute customer lifecycle campaigns that deepen adoption, satisfaction, and advocacy.

Partner with Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities and activate customer champions through testimonials, case studies, and community programs.

Monitor key retention and usage metrics to inform personalized engagement strategies.


In-Product Experience Management

Own the in-product communication strategy using tools like Appcues to guide users through onboarding, feature adoption, and announcements.

Collaborate with Product and Design to continuously optimize the in-app experience based on behavioral insights.

A/B test in-product flows and measure their impact on engagement and retention.


Retention-Focused Education

Create and manage educational content programs (e.g., webinars, guides, onboarding flows) designed to help users realize ongoing value.

Partner with CS and Support to identify learning gaps and proactively address them through scalable content.

Measure improvements in retention, activation, and feature adoption tied to education initiatives.


Sales Enablement

Build and maintain sales enablement assets including pitch decks, battle cards, solution briefs, and competitive insights.

Conduct regular training sessions to keep Sales informed about new features, positioning updates, and customer stories.

Collaborate with Sales leadership to improve close rates and shorten deal cycles through better alignment on messaging and value propositions.


Qualifications

4+ years of experience in product marketing, in SaaS or B2B technology.

Strong background in GTM execution and customer lifecycle marketing.

Experience managing in-product messaging tools like Appcues

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to tailor messages across audiences.

Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform decisions and measure success.

Collaborative and agile team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
