Location: Bengaluru

Work Model: 4 days per week work from office (non-negotiable)

Compensation: To be shared separately

Experience Range: 512 years (profiles beyond this range will not be considered)

About the Role


Solutioner has been engaged to hire two Product Marketing Managers for a product-led, enterprise technology organization. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing , and is responsible for translating complex product capabilities into compelling enterprise narratives that drive adoption and growth.

The role requires strong executive presence , structured thinking, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.

Key Responsibilities


  • Own product positioning, messaging, and value articulation for enterprise products
  • Translate product capabilities into clear narratives for customers and sales teams
  • Drive go-to-market initiatives including launches, enablement, and campaigns
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams
  • Support enterprise sales motions with strong storytelling and assets
  • Measure impact of GTM initiatives and continuously refine messaging
Candidate Profile


  • 512 years of Product Marketing experience (B2B / enterprise preferred)
  • Proven experience working with complex or platform products
  • Strong storytelling, articulation, and executive communication skills
  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
  • Education from top-tier institutes only (full-time programs; no distance education)
  • Bengaluru-based and comfortable with 4 days per week in office
