Location: Bengaluru
Work Model: 4 days per week work from office (non-negotiable)
Compensation: To be shared separately
Experience Range: 512 years (profiles beyond this range will not be considered)

Solutioner has been engaged to hire two Product Marketing Managers for a product-led, enterprise technology organization. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing , and is responsible for translating complex product capabilities into compelling enterprise narratives that drive adoption and growth.
The role requires strong executive presence , structured thinking, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
- Own product positioning, messaging, and value articulation for enterprise products
- Translate product capabilities into clear narratives for customers and sales teams
- Drive go-to-market initiatives including launches, enablement, and campaigns
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams
- Support enterprise sales motions with strong storytelling and assets
- Measure impact of GTM initiatives and continuously refine messaging
- 512 years of Product Marketing experience (B2B / enterprise preferred)
- Proven experience working with complex or platform products
- Strong storytelling, articulation, and executive communication skills
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
- Education from top-tier institutes only (full-time programs; no distance education)
- Bengaluru-based and comfortable with 4 days per week in office
