Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop product positioning and messaging that clearly communicates the value of features to players, parents, and venues.
Plan and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new features, updates, and campaigns.
Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to ensure consistent in-app communication and user experience.
Build and manage user journeys in Netcore (welcome, reactivation, upsell, feedback loops).
Define and track key metrics - DAUs, repeat bookings, churn, and retention cohorts - and translate data into actionable insights.
Run A/B tests and experiments to optimize conversions, engagement, and reactivation rates.
Use AI tools strategically to enhance campaign ideation, personalization, and performance tracking - while ensuring brand authenticity.
Create dashboards and share insights with leadership to guide product and communication decisions.
Continuously explore new retention and engagement tactics - loyalty programs, gamification, and community touchpoints.
YOU WILL FIT RIGHT IN IF...
Have 35 years of experience in product marketing, lifecycle marketing, or CRM (preferably in B2C or app-based environments).
Are hands-on with Netcore, MoEngage, or similar automation platforms.
Can balance data and storytelling - you understand what users feel and what numbers say.
Think like a marketer and a product manager - strategic, structured, and outcome-driven.
Are comfortable running experiments and iterating fast.
Know how to use AI as a support system, not a crutch.
