About the Role:

At Refrens, every feature, every workflow, and every pixel needs the right story. Were looking for a Product Marketer who can turn product capabilities into clear, sharp messaging that drives adoption, helps users understand the value instantly, and supports revenue growth.

This role sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Sales and youll own how the product is positioned across all touchpoints.



What Youll Do

Product Positioning & Messaging

  • Define positioning, messaging, and value propositions for different user segments.
  • Write crisp, product-first copy for website, landing pages, in-app communication, and campaigns.
  • Understand the market, users, and competitors to refine the narrative continuously.


Content & Copywriting

  • Create product-oriented content: feature explainers, announcements, emails, ads, onboarding flows, and help articles.
  • Simplify complex product workflows into clear communication.


Sales Enablement

  • Build better demo decks, pitch decks, and sales collateral.
  • Create case studies, FAQs, and objection-handling guides.
  • Work closely with Sales to ensure consistent messaging and better customer conversations.


Launch & GTM

  • Plan and execute product and feature launches.
  • Align Product, Design, Sales, and Marketing for smooth GTM execution.
  • Track performance and iterate based on insights.


User Education & Retention

  • Create help docs, tutorials, guides, and product walkthroughs.
  • Build narratives for customer stories and success case studies.
  • Support Customer Success to improve onboarding and retention.


Insights & Analysis

  • Study product usage, user feedback, and funnel metrics to improve messaging.
  • Keep an eye on the market to identify gaps and opportunities.


What You Bring

  • Strong product-first thinking and excellent writing skills.
  • Experience in SaaS or product-led environments is a bonus.
  • Ability to collaborate well with Product, Sales, and Design.
  • A habit of simplifying everything.
  • Comfortable owning projects end-to-end.
