Role Overview

We are looking for a high-performance Product Marketer (AI SaaS) who will own the go-to-market strategy, asset creation, demand generation, customer acquisition, and onboarding journey for our AI products.

The immediate mission: Acquire the first 100 high-quality customers and build scalable growth systems around it.

This role is ideal for someone who understands AI tools, SaaS growth, automation workflows, product positioning, and performance marketing, and thrives in a fast-moving AI-first environment.


Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Marketing & Positioning
  • Define ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and build sharp product positioning
  • Create compelling messaging for AI products (web, landing pages, pitch decks, demos)
  • Translate complex AI capabilities into clear business value


Customer Acquisition & Growth
  • Drive first 100 customer acquisition strategy
  • Plan and execute GTM campaigns (LinkedIn, SEO, Performance Marketing, Cold Outreach, Partnerships)
  • Work closely on B2B SaaS growth funnels and conversion optimization
  • Own marketing experiments, A/B testing, and performance tracking


Asset Creation
  • Create case studies, explainer content, onboarding materials, product walkthroughs
  • Build high-converting sales enablement material
  • Develop content across formats: LinkedIn, website, email sequences, demo videos


Onboarding & Customer Journey
  • Design smooth onboarding workflows
  • Reduce friction in adoption
  • Work with product team to improve activation and retention


Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Founder, Product, Tech, and Sales
  • Provide structured feedback loops from customers to product
  • Align marketing strategy with product roadmap


What Were Looking For
  • 36+ years experience in Product Marketing / Growth Marketing / SaaS Marketing
  • Strong exposure to AI tools, LLMs, automation platforms, AI SaaS products
  • Deep understanding of B2B marketing funnels, GTM strategy, product launches
  • Tech-strong foundation (ability to understand APIs, workflows, integrations)
  • Experience in acquiring early-stage users (0100 growth phase preferred)
  • Strong analytical mindset (CAC, LTV, activation metrics, retention metrics)
  • Adaptable, experimental, and comfortable in fast-evolving AI ecosystems
