Product Marketer / Growth Marketer

We are looking for a Product Marketer / Growth Marketer who deeply understands the product and actively works on improving both the product and its growth . This role sits between product, marketing, and data, and focuses on driving adoption, activation, retention, and revenue through continuous experimentation.

• Understand the product end-to-end and identify growth opportunities
• Improve onboarding, activation, and user journeys
• Define and communicate product positioning and messaging
• Plan and execute growth experiments across channels
• Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams
• Analyze user behavior and funnel metrics
• Identify friction points and propose product improvements
• Turn product features into clear, compelling marketing narratives

• Strong product thinking and user-centric mindset
• Ability to learn products deeply and quickly
• Experience with growth frameworks (funnels, experiments, metrics)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Clear communication and documentation skills
• Comfort working with data and insights

• Experience with onboarding optimization and activation flows
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation
• Knowledge of analytics tools and dashboards
• Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams
• Basic understanding of paid, organic, and lifecycle channels
