Job Description
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for UPI P2M – from concept to launch and continuous improvement.
- Define and execute the product roadmap in alignment with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and market needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, compliance, and business to deliver robust and scalable UPI P2M solutions.
- Drive API-first product development with a focus on performance, reliability, and merchant experience.
- Monitor key product metrics such as transaction success rates, latency, uptime, and merchant onboarding.
- Engage with Payment Aggregators, Fintechs, and retail merchants to gather insights and co-create solutions.
- Ensure adherence to NPCI guidelines and manage audit, certification, and compliance processes.
- Prepare product documentation, training materials, and internal communication for stakeholders.
- Overall experience of 5 to 6 years with minimum 2 years of experience in UPI P2M acquiring or related UPI product roles.
- Strong understanding of the UPI ecosystem, NPCI frameworks, and merchant payment flows (Intent, QR, Collect, etc.).
- Experience in API-based product development and cloud-native platforms.
- Proven ability to launch and scale payment products in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication and documentation capabilities.
