Job Description
| 1 | Ensure regular process improvements to increase RM productivity , reduction in disbursement TAT , Improvement in First pass through and adherence of defined Service level agreements by respective stakeholders. |
| 2 | Ensuring process controls are built and implemented to keep PDDS , Customer complaints and Overdue renewals in control. |
| 3 | Ensuring regular interaction with sales team on process feedback and Process gaps. Also ensuring that Processes are benchmarked with competition. Liasoning with all stakeholders to ensure closure and roll out of process notes |
| 4 | Ensuring control frameworks are defined to check process implementation and adherence. |
| 5 | Ensuring all audit observations are closed within defined timelines and all process gaps are proactively identified through central level audits and dip stick checks on process implementation. |
| 6 | Ensuring all RBI regulations are implemented and all RBI communications are reverted on time. |
