Job Role: POS Product Manager

 

Job Description

The candidate must have a good understanding of the Payments landscape. He/she will be responsible to execute the Bank’s Payments strategy in a hyper-competitive market

The candidate will be required to evaluate product gaps, conceptualise the solution and get the execution done. Additionally, the delivered solution needs to be tracked in terms of uptake, challenges being faced and further enhancements to be brought in to increase the product usage

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the product policy and reviewing it at defined intervals for improvements in processes and functions

The role requires the individual to collaborate within cross functional teams like BSG, IT, Operations, Process and Compliance.

The role will also require the individual to work with external partners like fintechs and vendors for delivering specific solutions

 

Job Requirement

8 years of work experience with at least 6 years in Payments 

Experience of working in fintechs is a pre-requisite

Strong people management skills are necessary to excel in this role 

Should have the ability to critically analyse and solve problems

Should be savvy with handling large amounts of data and interpreting it to facilitate critical decisions
