Product Manager-POS-HO & SUPPORT-POS (Point of Sale)

The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for monitoring and managing the merchant portfolio from a Credit Risk and Fraud Risk perspective. The role focuses on early identification of bad actors to minimize financial losses and ensure robust risk controls. The candidate will collaborate with key stakeholders such as Fraud Analytics and the Risk Control Unit (RCU) to maintain portfolio integrity. Additionally, the role includes reviewing Aggregator portfolios and conducting financial assessments to ensure risk is effectively managed.

• Continuously monitor merchant portfolio for credit and fraud risk indicators.
• Identify and flag suspicious or high-risk merchants early to prevent losses.
• Work closely with Fraud Analytics and RCU teams to design and implement fraud prevention strategies.
• Partner with Product and Technology to enhance detection capabilities and achieve predictive capabilities.
• Conduct periodic reviews of aggregator portfolios to ensure compliance with risk standards.
• Perform financial assessments of aggregators to evaluate creditworthiness and exposure.
• Prepare detailed risk reports highlighting trends, anomalies, and recommended actions.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal risk management guidelines.
