About the team:

Business Excellence Team (BET) is a unit within Corporate Banking of Wholesale banking that is responsible for identifying and executing management strategies to drive the key objectives of Transformation, Growth and Profitability for the Division.

Job Role

• Support the leadership team to formulate and drive the strategy for growth, transformation and profitability.
• Closely work with BH and leadership team of MNC to solve key business challenges such as acquisition, portfolio control, efficiency, customer service, monitoring etc.
• Cross sell management – Launch of opportunity, setting the tie up, structure campaigns, conduct reviews and ensure business teams are able to deliver budget defined for the financial year.
• Processes & Control - Streamline existing processes, create new ones as per business requirements and create adequate controls 
• Undertake various projects/ initiatives for the Division with our support partners.

Job Requirements:

• Strong command on MS Excel/Powerpoint 
• Good understanding of business processes 
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.
• Ability to handle ambiguity along with strong analytical & problem solving skills
• Ability to liaise with senior stakeholders across various divisions for driving key strategic initiatives with minimal oversight
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities within tight timelines
