Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Designing Customer Journey till Sanction Phase
- Connecting with RMs and BMs to understand customer pain areas
- Automation of CAM
- Deployment of Scorecard in the BRE ( FICO)
- Dash Board designing for PA/PQ Swimlanes
- Drive and Train adoption of New Builds
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience from Banking domain
- Graduation is a must. MBA preferred
- Must be fluent in communication
- Must have extensive knowledge of MS Excel
