Job Description: Credit Card Portfolio – Inorganic Portfolio Manager
Department: Credit Card-Marketing HO
Experience Level: 6 to 8 years overall (3–5 years in credit card domain is preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete PLCC product lifecycle from ideation to launch by driving continuous improvements based on customer insights, regulatory inputs, and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Campaigns, Cards Operations, BU teams, Risk, and Technology to gather business requirements and ensure timely, aligned execution.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of internal policy frameworks, regulatory requirements (e.g., RBI’s Digital Lending Guidelines), and digital customer journeys
- Leverage performance metrics and campaign analytics to track business KPIs, customer behavior, and product penetration to identify opportunities for optimization
- Monitor and prioritize product changes, enhancements, and feature rollouts while coordinating with technology teams to ensure timely and quality delivery
Job Requirement
- Education – Full Time – MBA
- Relevant Experience: 3–5 years in the BFSI or Fintech industry, preferably in unsecured lending or credit card products
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to derive actionable insights from complex data and translate them into business initiatives
- Leadership & Communication: Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across verticals
- Execution & Delivery: Proven project management capabilities to handle multiple priorities under tight timelines with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS-office
