Product Manager-CREDIT CARD-Marketing HO

JD:

• We are looking for a results‑driven Product Manager to own and scale key credit card instalment products primarily Transaction EMI, Balance EMI
• This role offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of product strategy, digital journeys, portfolio performance, and customer experience, while collaborating closely with technology, risk, operations, and marketing teams.
• Own end‑to‑end product management for Transaction EMI & Balance EMI offerings.
• Design and manage product propositions including pricing, tenure, fees, eligibility, and customer communication.
• Drive portfolio growth through targeted campaigns, pre‑approved offers, and digital journey enhancements.
• Monitor and improve key metrics such as conversion, utilization, revenue, delinquency, and customer complaints.
• Partner with Technology, Risk, Operations, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to deliver product enhancements and ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare clear business requirements (PRDs/BRDs), support UAT, and manage product launches.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, accurate disclosures, and adherence to internal policies.
• Identify and resolve operational issues, improve turnaround times, and enhance customer experience.
• Prepare MIS, dashboards, and business updates for senior stakeholders

• MBA/PGDM in any field
• 6 plus years of experience in Credit Cards, Unsecured Lending, or Retail Banking Product Management
• Strong understanding of card billing, interest calculation, EMI conversion,  
  balance transfer, and servicing processes
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams in a matrix environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business actions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
