Product Manager-CREDIT CARD-Marketing HO

Job Title : Product Manager for Credit on UP (under the Credit Cards division)

Responsibilities :

• Define product requirements and features based on customer behaviour with the onboarding funnel.
• Collaborate with team members to create BRD with specific developments requirements. 
• Conduct onboarding and spends trends analysis, suggest necessary revisions in the user journey and spends incentive structure leading to growth in registrations and Credit Line spends.
• Derive analytical insights supporting incremental growth in business
• Monitor product performance and user metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Identifying overlap/eligible data base for running independent (Bank led) as well as partner sponsored campaigns from time to time

Support existing team members for streamlining regular Business reporting MIS

Qualifications Required :

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5 plus years of experience in product management, with a focus on retail asset products.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing and scaling digital asset products.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
• Hands on experience with data presentation and data analytics tools.
