Job Title: Product Manager Brand - B2B

Location: Gurugram

Experience: 3 - 6 Years

Educational Qualification: Btech/ Mtech (IIT/ IIIT/ BITS)

About the role: As the Product Manager for Brand & B2B Operations, you will be the architect of the platforms "Engine Room." You will own the end-to-end seller experience, ensuring that the backend systemsfrom brand onboarding to final deliveryare robust, scalable, and automated. You will be responsible for the infrastructure that ensures a brand's catalog and inventory are perfectly synced with the consumer-facing app, providing a reliable experience for both creators and shoppers.

Responsibilities:

• Own and evolve Brand Supplier Panel & Internal Tools for e-commerce business
• Define and solve core problem statements across:

-Brand onboarding

-Cataloguing & Pricing

-Brand payouts & reconciliation

-Fulfilment (OMS, shipping, returns)

-Brand Success

• Build and scale internal dashboards that empower the operations and "Brand Success" teams to manage thousands of SKUs and orders with minimal manual intervention.

Requirements:

• Experience: 36 years of Product Management experience, specifically within e-commerce marketplaces, SaaS, logistics, or brand integration platforms.
• Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the e-commerce supply chain, seller ecosystems, and the technical logic behind OMS and shipping integrations.
• Analytical Thinking: A proven track record of breaking down complex business workflows into scalable product requirements.
• Technical Fluency: Comfort working with APIs and backend data structures; experience building internal tools or seller dashboards is a significant advantage.
• Ownership: A proactive mindset with the ability to manage the product lifecycle from initial discovery to post-launch optimization.
