Location & Compensation

• Role type: Full-time,Product Manager Founders Office (EIR, D2C)
• Experience: 12 years(not a fresher role)
• Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore, 5 days a week(no WFH)
• CTC: Up to 15 LPA, based on skill and fit

What you will do

• Hunt D2C products: Research markets, spot 01 product opportunities , and talk to founders/operators.
• Build on Shopify: Create and manage stores, product pages, funnels, and basic automations for new brands.
• Use AI heavily: Leverage multiple AI tools + strong prompting (text + video) to write copy, design pages, and create ad scripts/videos.
• Run Meta ads: Plan, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns; read performance, pick winners, and kill non-performers.
• Analyze users: Study funnels and behavior (CTR, ATC, drop-offs, ROAS) and turn insights into product, pricing, or creative changes.
• Work with founders: Collaborate directly with the founding team , review experiments weekly, and document playbooks.

What you must bring

• 12 years in D2C, performance marketing, growth, product for brands/agencies.
• Meta ads skills: Comfortable with campaign setup, creatives, budgets, and metrics.
• Analytical + product mindset: You understand funnels, user journeys , and can translate data into action.
• AI-native: Strong atprompting and using multiple AI tools to create content, creatives, research, and videos.
• Shopify hands-on: Able to set up stores, basic apps, and troubleshoot issues.
• Builder attitude: Y ou prefershipping fast, experimenting, and learning over making long decks.
