Key Responsibilities

Lead product strategy and execution, driving high-impact outcomes and accelerating delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Own and continuously improve the mobile-first user experience, with a strong focus on usability, engagement, and performance for B2C users.
Translate business needs into clear product requirements, specifications, and user stories for engineering, design, and QA teams.
Collaborate closely with design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap.
Drive roadmap planning, prioritization, execution, and delivery aligned with organizational goals.
Leverage design thinking and product intuition to create intuitive, user-centric digital experiences that solve real customer problems.
Work closely with partners and customers to ensure seamless integrations, reliable product performance, and an excellent end-user experience.
Identify opportunities to thoughtfully integrate AI-enabled features where they can meaningfully enhance product functionality, personalization, or efficiency.

Requirements

5+ years of overall experience across product, technology, or design roles, with at least 3 years of product management experience building digital products or mobile apps.
Strong background in UX/UI or product design (ex-designer preferred) with the ability to think deeply about user journeys and product usability.
Proven experience building B2C products, with a strong understanding of user engagement and retention.
Hands-on experience working closely with engineering teams to ship production-grade products and features.
Experience owning mobile app products (iOS/Android) and optimizing mobile-first user experiences.
Familiarity with AI-enabled product capabilities such as chat interfaces, personalization, or automation is a plus.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with strong attention to detail.
Entrepreneurial or startup mindset comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and building products from 01 and 1n.
Prior exposure to billing, invoicing, accounting, or financial workflow modules is a plus.
