Role Overview

Wembrace Biopharma Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Brand Manager / Product Manager Oncology to lead our oncology portfolio. The role will drive brand strategy, execution excellence, and business growth, in line with organizational objectives.


Key Responsibilities


Brand & Portfolio Management

Own brand strategy and annual brand plans to achieve business and financial targets

Plan, manage, and optimize marketing budgets and program execution

Forecast brand performance; track KPIs and report outcomes to Marketing Leadership

Support product launches, growth initiatives, and lifecycle management


Marketing Strategy & Execution

Develop cost-effective promotional tools/materials with internal teams and agencies

Adapt central strategies to local market needs

Plan and execute promotional meetings in compliance with regulatory/legal standards

Manage external agencies (creative, digital, promotional)


Field Force & Market Engagement

Joint field work to understand market dynamics, customer needs, and competition

Support positioning, prioritization, and training of the sales team

Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Finance, etc.


Medical & KOL Engagement

Partner with Medical Affairs to engage KOLs on research and differentiation

Drive awareness campaigns and CME initiatives with Medical teams


Digital & Innovation

Build and execute a digital roadmap aligned with business objectives

Use digital insights to sharpen strategy and improve marketing effectiveness


Shared Accountability

Contribute to operating plans and influence sales targets with BU/Marketing leaders

Support long-range forecasting and revenue adjustments as required


Candidate Profile

B.Pharm mandatory | MBA preferred

10+ years in pharma brand/product management (oncology preferred)

Strong understanding of pharma marketing, brand planning, and compliance

Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management

Working knowledge of digital marketing tools and data-driven decision-making
