Product Manager – Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager withdeep, hands-on experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). This role requires strong domain expertise in warehouse workflows and ownership of core WMS modules.

Candidates must have direct exposure to warehouse operations and system design peripheral exposure (e.g., only reporting/analytics over WMS) will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product roadmap for core WMS modules.
• Translate warehouse operational requirements into scalable and robust product features.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Define detailed PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
• Continuously optimize warehouse workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and throughput.

Mandatory Requirements

• 57 years of product management or relevant experience with a strong focus on Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Deep, hands-on understanding of core warehouse processes, including:
• Inbound operations
• Outbound operations
• Inventory management
• Slotting strategies
• Putaway logic
• Ability to clearly articulate end-to-end warehouse workflows in operational and system-level detail.
• Proven experience building or enhancing core WMS products (candidates with only reporting/dashboard exposure will not be considered).
• Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving ability, and stakeholder management skills.
