Product Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Product Manager. The Product Manager will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of housing finance products, including conceptualization, design, execution, and market launch. The responsibilities include analyzing market trends, identifying customer needs, creating product strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with the companys goals. The candidate will also monitor product performance, drive enhancements, and provide training to internal teams.

• Customer Research, Data Analysis, and Market Trends Interpretation
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects effectively
• Experience in housing finance, banking, or related financial services is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA from a top-tier institute preferred)
