Role Overview:

Unico Connect is looking for a Product Manager who can own product requirements and delivery for web and mobile applications while leveraging modern tools, including AI-assisted workflows, to improve clarity, speed, and execution.The role requires strong customer engagement, structured requirement validation, and the ability to translate ideas into clear product artifacts, including early-stage prototypes when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with customers to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements
• Evaluate requirements for clarity, completeness, and alignment with business objectives
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or assumptions in requirements and resolve them proactively
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation
• Create low to mid-fidelity product flows or prototypes to communicate ideas clearly
• Leverage AI tools to improve productivity in requirement analysis, documentation, and discovery
• Own and manage the product backlog with clear prioritization
• Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Collaborate closely with design, development, and QA teams to ensure aligned execution
• Act as the primary point of contact for product-related communication with customers

Required Skills & Experience

• 35 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role
• Mandatory experience working on web and mobile application projects
• Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to critically evaluate and refine requirements
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery
• Hands-on experience with Jira for backlog and sprint management
• Practical experience using AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and product clarity
• Ability to create basic prototypes, flows, or wireframes to articulate product ideas
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a delivery-driven environment
