Product Manager – Trading Platform

We are building a modern multi-asset trading platform designed for speed, reliability, and a seamless experience for active traders. The platform covers instruments such as forex, indices, commodities, and other market products. We are looking for a Product Manager who understands trading systems and can help shape the evolution of a high-performance trading product.

This role is best suited for someone who has worked on brokerage, exchange, or trading platforms and is comfortable operating at the intersection of product, market mechanics, and engineering execution.

What you will do

Own core parts of the trading experience including order placement, positions, portfolio views, and trader dashboards

Improve charting, analytics, and decision-support tools used by active traders

Define product requirements and work closely with engineering and design to ship features end-to-end

Analyze trader behavior and platform data to identify opportunities to improve usability, speed, and reliability

Drive improvements across onboarding, trading workflows, and retention loops for active users

Collaborate with business, compliance, and operations teams to ensure product decisions align with market requirements

What we are looking for

5-8 years of total experience with meaningful product management experience

Background in brokerage platforms, crypto exchanges, trading apps, or financial market products

Strong understanding of trading concepts such as orders, spreads, leverage, margin, positions, and market data

Experience building execution-heavy products where speed, accuracy, and reliability matter

Ability to translate complex workflows into intuitive product experiences for traders

Nice to have

Experience working with trading terminals or brokerage apps

Exposure to MetaTrader, TradingView, exchange APIs, or market data systems

Experience building charting tools, portfolio analytics, or order management workflows

Backgrounds that fit well

Candidates who have worked on brokerage platforms, crypto exchanges, trading terminals, portfolio analytics tools, or execution workflows will be a strong match.
