Role Overview

The Product Manager at Propertist will be responsible for defining product strategy, driving development, and optimizing technology-driven solutions for real estate marketing. The role acts as a bridge between business objectives and technical execution, collaborating closely with engineering and marketing teams to deliver scalable, data-driven digital products from ideation to launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy aligned with business goals and long-term vision.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle including discovery, definition, development, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Lead the development and scaling of B2C digital products with strong focus on user experience, engagement, and business impact.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, user needs, and growth opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical documentation such as PRDs, user stories, and product roadmaps.
• Drive end-to-end feature delivery from requirement gathering to deployment and post-launch optimization.
• Design scalable systems and workflows that reduce manual processes, improve accuracy, and ensure auditability and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external technology partners to ensure smooth and timely product execution.
• Prioritize product initiatives based on customer needs, business impact, risk, and engineering effort.
• Monitor product performance using KPIs, adoption metrics, and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to leverage automation, AI, and ML for improved efficiency, insights, and customer experience.
• Use data, experiments, and customer insights to iterate and enhance product performance.
• Manage risks, resources, and timelines to ensure successful product delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technology innovations.

What Were Looking For:

• Experience in Product Management, preferably within PropTech, SaaS, or digital platforms involving complex workflows and system integrations.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)..
• Ability to translate business and operational problems into clear PRDs, user stories, product specifications, and roadmaps.
• Solid technical understanding of APIs, system architecture, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and third-party integrations.
• Working knowledge of Node.js & React.js to effectively collaborate with engineering teams and participate in technical discussions.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and deployment workflows is an advantage.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts or AI-assisted tools for product discovery, analysis, or automation is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills across Technology, Operations, Compliance, and Design teams.
• Basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts such as predictive models, recommendation engines, and data-driven decision systems.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in Product Management
• Experience building or managing technology products within the Real Estate ecosystem (preferred).
