Product manager-TASC-TASC & INSTITUTIONAL BUSINESS
JOB ROLE:
- Supervision of the service function of the service team PAN India
- Owning Top-100 customers along with regular handholding and engagement
- Ensuring service excellence of the service team to enhance portfolio build up, control retention and better cross sell
- Ensuring horizontal channels are trained enough for service at branches
- Control First Pass and maintain above 75%, training of teams and keeping TAT under control
- Managing quality of relationships coming into system
- Ensuring regulatory compliance & procedural compliance
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Thorough overall understanding of banking
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to manage and motivate front office staff.
