Product manager-TASC-TASC & INSTITUTIONAL BUSINESS

JOB ROLE:

  • Supervision of the service function of the service team PAN India
  • Owning Top-100 customers along with regular handholding and engagement
  • Ensuring service excellence of the service team to enhance portfolio build up, control retention and better cross sell
  • Ensuring horizontal channels are trained enough for service at branches
  • Control First Pass and maintain above 75%, training of teams and keeping TAT under control
  • Managing quality of relationships coming into system
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance & procedural compliance

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Thorough overall understanding of banking
  • Customer service orientation
  • Ability to manage and motivate front office staff.
