Role Title: Product Manager:

Position Summary:

The Digital Merchandising team drives the design, development, and innovation of Marriott Bonvoys credit card experiences across Marriott Bonvoy web sites and mobile app serving more than 30 leading brands and nearly 9,500 properties in 144 countries and territories worldwide.

The Scrum Master for the Digital Cobrand International Merchandising team, will lead Agile ceremonies, manage campaign launches, resolve blockers, and drive continuous improvement. A merchandising Scrum Master supports an agile team responsible for delivering international cobrand digital merchandising campaigns. This role ensures smooth execution, clear communication across time zones, and efficient coordination between developers, QA, campaign managers, and key stakeholders operations process to drive international card acquisitions & member loyalty.

Continuous Improvement:

  • 4+ years of information technology experience, including:
  • 4+ years of Agile Delivery experience using Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies.
  • 4+ years of planning and problem-solving with product management and delivery teams.
  • 4+ years of creating and delivering presentations and project plans.
  • 4+ years of working with tools such as Atlassian (JIRA / Confluence).
  • Working knowledge of marketing technology, ideally across multiple products in Adobe Experience Cloud (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Target etc.).
  • Working knowledge of Adobe WorkFront or equivalent project management tools (e.g. Monday.com, SalesForce).
  • Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or PMIs Agile Certified Professional (ACP).
  • SAFe certified SAFe Agilist or SAFe Scrum Master.
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization and understanding of facilitation techniques.
  • Ability to navigate through large scale complex programs and partner with dependent teams / stakeholders to understand and communicate needs.
  • Ability to understand and represent both business and technology within and outside of large-scale delivery programs.
  • Thrive in a highly collaborative, matrixed, complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Lead daily standups, planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Remove blockers and improve team predictability in coordination with the HQ Cobrand Merchandising COE.
  • Partner with stakeholders to prioritize work and manage dependencies.
  • Align with in market stakeholders, developers, QA, UX, and DME HQ campaign managers for timely build QA launch workflows.
  • Support international campaign needs (multilanguage, regional requirements, bank specific approval flows).
  • Track milestones, flag risks early, and ensure teams stay aligned with the HQ Cobrand Merchandising COE.
  • Ensure required SOPs, QA gates, Workfront workflows, and launch processes are followed.
  • Understand Adobe Target components, campaign logic, and segmentation to facilitate delivery
  • Coordinate tagging, analytics checks, and content readiness with relevant teams
  • Provide clear, proactive status updates across time zones.
  • Document decisions, risks, and action items for global stakeholders.
  • Facilitate strong alignment between offshore teams and U.S. counterparts.
  • Help refine processes, cross team handoffs, and launch efficiencies.
  • Support onboarding and team culture that encourages accountability, clarity, and collaboration.


Education and Certifications:

  • Undergraduate / bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
