Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Technical Product Manager (TPM) to lead the development of our internal platforms, backend infrastructure, and technical tools. This is a strategic role that sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and business , and is ideal for someone who can drive complex product initiatives from ideation to execution.

Responsibilities

• Strategic & Product Ownership
• Define and own the product roadmap for backend systems, APIs, and internal tools
• Prioritize features based on business goals, technical feasibility, and user feedback
• Align product vision with Squadras strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations

• Technical Collaboration
• Partner with engineering teams to design and deliver scalable and secure solutions
• Participate in technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and sprint planning
• Own the technical product backlog and ensure clarity of feature requirements

• Cross-functional Communication
• Communicate product plans and updates across engineering, business, and leadership teams
• Work closely with QA, DevOps, UX, and customer success for seamless product releases
• Serve as a bridge between technical implementation and business goals

• Data & Metrics
• Define success metrics (e.g., API response time, platform stability, feature adoption)
• Leverage analytics, feedback, and experimentation to improve product decisions
• Monitor system performance and collaborate on optimizations

• Documentation & Support
• Create and maintain detailed product specs and technical documentation
• Assist go-to-market and client-facing teams with demos, presentations, and product insights

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a technical or platform role
• Background in Computer Science or experience in software engineering (preferred)
• Deep understanding of system design, RESTful APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and CI/CD
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Notion)
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
