Were now looking for a Product Manager who can build systems, scale operations, and own product execution across CRM, automations, IVR, WhatsApp, and customer journeys.

As a Product Manager at Sova, youll drive execution across CRM workflows, WhatsApp automation, call systems, and internal tools. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands APIs, can build scrappy MVPs, loves automation, and thrives in a high-ownership, fast-paced environment.
Youll work closely with the Founder, external engineering teams, operations, CX, and marketing to build scalable systems that power growth and customer experience.
- Own roadmap execution across CRM, internal tools, and end-to-end customer journeys
- Translate business needs into clear PRDs, user stories, flows, and wireframes
- Drive execution with engineering, operations, CX, and marketing teams to deliver on timelines
- Manage and optimize lead funnels, automations, and workflows (Zoconut / LeadSquared preferred)
- Maintain CRM hygiene, lifecycle stages, and automation logic end-to-end
- Solve operational challenges around lead routing, duplication, task creation, and notifications
- Execute and optimize WhatsApp campaigns for marketing, NPS, onboarding, and support
- Work with WhatsApp BSPs such as WATI, Gupshup, or similar platforms
- Design automation journeys and conversational workflows
- Build automation flows using n8n (preferred) or similar tools
- Work hands-on with APIs, webhooks, JSON payloads, headers, and endpoints
- Create lightweight scripts or tools when required
- Manage inbound and outbound call workflows with CX and Sales teams
- Work with IVR and call routing systems (Exotel experience is a plus)
- Analyze call performance and optimize customer touchpoints
- Collaborate on D2C and Shopify-related workflows
- Support checkout flows, subscription logic, and post-purchase journeys
- 2+ years of experience in Product, Growth, CRM, or Automation roles
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (LeadSquared preferred)
- Strong understanding of APIs and working with JSON payloads
- Mandatory experience with WhatsApp automation and campaign execution
- Experience with n8n, Exotel, IVR systems, or similar tools is a strong plus
- Exposure to Martech tools is a plus
- Experience with D2C or Shopify brands is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills with a builder and owner mindset
- Ability to work directly with founders and cross-functional teams.
