Product Manager

Job Role:

In this intermediate role, you will be responsible for solving a range of problems and analyzing possible solutions with moderate guidance and direction. You will provide informal guidance to new team members and explain complex information clearly. Your contributions will be crucial in shaping the Disney Experiences segment, ensuring that our guests have unforgettable experiences. This role requires creativity, passion, and a customer-focused mindset to succeed.

Experience: Min. 8.00 years to 11.00 years

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align, frame, and deliver the strategic vision.
• Translate product concepts into user stories, epics, requirement documents, and test cases.
• Utilize guest research, focus groups, and behavioral analytics for data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure appropriate approval for new features from financial, legal, privacy, and security teams.
• Provide informal guidance to new team members and explain complex information clearly.
• Participate in scrum ceremonies to guide priority decisions and remove roadblocks.
