Role Overview

We're hiring a Product Manager Services who wants to be in the driver's seat of strategic customer initiatives essentially the "CEO" of customer business, product and AI journeys. You'll own how we discover, plan, execute, test, and scale end-to-end solutions for customers whose business decisions actually move markets.

This role sits at the sweet spot of product, delivery, and customer success. You'll translate messy, high-value business problems into crisp roadmaps, orchestrate clouddataAI execution with top-tier engineers, and make sure we move fast from MVP/PoV to long-term, differentiated platforms. It's intense, high-ownership work with a very steep learning curve and equally steep upside for your career.

What You Will Do

Own Customer Outcomes

Take ownership of key customer initiatives end-to-end from first discovery call to successful rollout and beyond.

Turn domain complexity and business constraints into sharp problem statements, measurable success metrics, and phased roadmaps.

Design journeys that embrace fast experimentation (MVPs and PoVs) while setting up customers for durable, scalable solutions.

Plan and Orchestrate Delivery

Lead engagements that blend cloud, data, and AI partnering with application and cloud engineering leads to make the right technical bets.

Lock in scope, milestones, and deliverables while making smart trade-offs on time, budget, and complexity when reality hits.

Run a tight agile rhythm well-groomed backlogs, focused sprints, high-signal demos so both teams and customers feel real momentum.

Hands-on Product Execution

Write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that engineers respect and business stakeholders actually understand.

Use vibe coding and AI-assisted tools (Cursor, v0, Replit, etc.) to prototype flows, validate feasibility, and bring ideas to life without waiting in an engineering queue.

Dive into details with engineers edge cases, UX flows, data contracts to ensure shipped features match the promise made to customers.

Customer and Stakeholder Management

Build executive-level relationships with business and technology leaders across EU, APAC, and the US.

Make complexity feel simple for non-technical stakeholders, keeping them confident and excited throughout the journey.

Run high-impact check-ins, demos, and value reviews that surface risks early, celebrate wins, and open doors for strategic expansion.

IP, Learning and Continuous Improvement

Turn successful projects into playbooks, templates, and reference architectures that become Ankercloud's secret weapons.

Track the metrics that matter adoption, time-to-value, feature usage, satisfaction and use them to drive product and roadmap decisions.

Feed real-world learnings straight into how we position, price, and deliver our services so the next engagement starts ahead of the curve.

Who You Are (Requirements)

37 years in product management or a blended product/project/customer-success role in cloud, SaaS, or digital/AI services.

Comfortable working side by side with engineering teams and fluent in cloud, data, and AI concepts (no need to be a deep architect, but you can hold your own in technical discussions).

Proven record of owning end-to-end delivery discovery, scoping, launch, iteration with clear, measurable business outcomes.

Hands-on with AI-assisted prototyping and excited about using these tools to move faster and smarter.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; you can say "no" credibly, handle ambiguity, and make tough trade-offs without losing trust.

Strong multi-tasker who can prioritize across customers and initiatives without dropping the ball.

Nice to Have

Experience with customers in regulated industries (Manufacturing, Healthcare, Financial Services, Mobility, Public Sector).

Exposure to working with global, distributed teams across time zones.

Background in consulting, digital transformation, or platform/SaaS environments where customer outcomes were front and center.
