Job Description
Position: Product Manager
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 5+ Years
Role Summary:
This role manages the entire product lifecycle market research, concept creation, design coordination, prototyping, testing, and product launch. Candidate must have strong knowledge of hardware, architectural fittings, wardrobe/kitchen systems, materials, finishes, and technical drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product roadmap & market study
- New product development (concept launch)
- Technical specs, drawings, cost & quality control
- Coordination with R&D, design, purchase & plant
- Sales/marketing alignment for GTM & training
- Track product performance & improvements
Must Have:
- Strong NPD experience in premium hardware segment
- Technical understanding of materials/processes
- Ability to read drawings & prepare product specs
- Good communication & project ownership
