Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager based in Mumbai. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, including defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap. The role involves conducting market research, collaborating with cross-functional teams including development, marketing, and sales, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. The individual will also analyze market trends, gather customer feedback, and prioritize features to meet business objectives and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Product management experience, including defining product strategies and managing product roadmaps.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for market research and data analysis.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills to work with cross-functional teams effectively.
• Knowledge of product development processes and methodologies, including Agile/Scrum, is advantageous.
• 6-10 yrs Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
