Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager with strong Life Sciences domain expertise to contribute to the development of an enterprise-grade Gen AI Platform built specifically for this domain.

You will lead the "0-to-1" development of the AI-native platform that automates high-stakes documentation workflows (regulatory compliance & quality) for global markets. Youll be replacing legacy manual workflows with precision-engineered LLM agents, ensuring compliance at the speed of AI.

Responsibilities

• Architect the AI Roadmap: Define how Generative AI, RAG, and Agentic workflows solve complex documentation bottlenecks in the Pharma/CRDMO/Biotech domains.
• Bridge the Domain Gap: Translate intricate global regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA) into product requirements for our engineering team led by the CTO.
• Global GTM: Lead product discovery and validation with stakeholders in the US and Europe, ensuring our AI meets the rigorous standards of enterprise life sciences organizations.
• Data Integrity & Security: Oversee the procurement and handling of sensitive client data, ensuring SOC-2, GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance is baked into the product core.

Skills Required

• Significant experience in the Life Sciences domain, working on GenAI/NLP projects
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems (data lakes, cloud platforms, LIMS, CTMS, ERP, CRM, RIMS).
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale platforms used by large global organizations.
• Significant exposure in the US or European tech hubs is a bonus

Education & Experience

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Engineering, or Pharma/Biotech from a top-tier university
• 6-10 years of relevant experience
