Role Overview

We are looking for a data-driven and customer-obsessed Associate Product Manager with prior experience in B2C startups. You will own key product initiatives end-to-end and work closely with engineering, design, growth, analytics, and business teams to build and scale consumer products across web and mobile.

This role requires strong execution, experimentation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Product Delivery

• Drive end-to-end execution of product features from discovery to launch and iteration
• Write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria with clear success metrics
• Prioritize the roadmap based on user impact, business goals, and effort
• Partner with engineering and design to ensure high-quality, timely releases

User Insights & Discovery

• Analyze user journeys, funnels, retention cohorts, and behavioral data
• Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and feedback synthesis
• Identify opportunities to improve activation, engagement, and retention

Required Qualifications :

Experience

• 36 years of experience in Product Management
• Prior experience in B2C startups / consumer internet companies
• Proven track record of shipping features that moved key metrics

Product & Analytical Skills

• Strong understanding of agile product development
• Hands-on experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, Clevertap, etc.)
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
• Working knowledge of SQL or data analysis (preferred)
