Required Skills & Experience

Proven track record of at least 2 years as a Product Manager/BA, with a focus on

CRM systems such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics etc.

Proficiency in using data analytics tools and leveraging data insights to drive

product decisions.

Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, with the ability to

influence and inspire cross-functional teams.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric mindset.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet

deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Expectations

Consumer obsession: Lead the understanding of users behaviour and needs

through primary and secondary research.

Hands-on: Will need to work closely with service technicians to understand their

pain points, motivations and challenges

Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to design, prototype, market

test, iterate over, build, launch, optimise and grow solutions.

Communication: Communicate and collaborate with tech and design via thorough PRD;s and BRDs.

Data Centric: Define the metrics that drive success in terms of product adoption,business goals, customer engagement, and deliver
