Job Role & Responsibilities

Own the full feature lifecycle from conceptualization, design, tuning, execution, release, GTM,

and analysis, to V2 iterations.

Develop and maintain the game roadmap based on data insights, competitor benchmarking, and

user feedback to drive engagement and revenue growth.

Monitor and analyze key product health metrics (Revenue, DAU, Retention, Economy) daily,

identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.

Leverage data analysis to uncover root causes, enabling data-driven decision-making.

Conduct funnel analysis to identify drop-offs and optimize player experience.

Collaborate with UA & marketing teams to enhance user acquisition strategies and optimize

performance marketing efforts.

Work closely with the Ad Revenue & Partner teams to ensure monetization strategies (ads + IAP)

are fully optimized.

Design and execute LiveOps strategies, including event configurations, to drive engagement and

retention.

Engage with players to gather insights via research, usability tests, and community interactions.

Develop and present business cases for new features/products that align with company goals

while ensuring efficient engineering investments.

Work cross-functionally across Product, Marketing, UA, and Community teams for successful

feature rollouts and promotions.

Establish strong relationships across teams and mentor new PMs, fostering a culture of clear,

effective communication and strategic decision-making.
