Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Product Manager Public Cloud Services who will lead product strategy, development, and go-to-market initiatives across hyperscale ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI). This role requires balancing business objectives, customer needs, and technical considerations to drive revenue growth, profitability, and innovation. The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial acumen, cloud expertise, and proven experience managing product lifecycles within system integrator or service provider environments.


Functional Responsibilities

  • Provide commercial support to sales teams for strategic deals.
  • Develop and execute GTM strategies for public cloud offerings.
  • Lead customer onboarding lifecycle, adoption, renewals, and upsell initiatives.
  • Manage hyperscaler partner benefits, discount programs, and co-sell opportunities.
  • Build cost models, pricing strategies, and commercial proposals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with hyperscaler channel managers.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and industry updates.
  • Track KPIs such as CAC, LTV, partner revenue, and GTM velocity.
  • Define managed cloud services offerings and commercial structures.
  • Work with FinOps/BillOps tools for cost optimization and billing efficiency.
  • Manage OEM partner certifications and partnership growth initiatives.
  • Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) programs with cross-functional teams.


Required Skills

Technical & Business Skills

  • Experience in product development within SI/service provider environments.
  • Knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle Cloud) and DevOps technologies.
  • Experience designing Lead-to-Order (L2O) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
  • Ability to define and lead product strategy and GTM models.
  • Strong financial understanding including amortization, cost of capital, NPV, IRR, EBITDA.
  • Experience working within Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • Experience in AOP planning, execution, and business case development.


Key Objectives (KPIs)

The Product Manager will be responsible for driving product excellence and business growth through:

  • Maximizing sales revenue and achieving Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets
  • Enhancing profitability and improving product margins
  • Driving new product incubation and innovation initiatives
  • Leading continuous enhancement of existing product offerings
  • Aligning product strategy with market trends and business goals


Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in public cloud services.
  • Strong exposure to hyperscaler ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI).
  • Proven expertise in partner programs, discount structures, and GTM strategy across at least two major cloud providers.
  • Strong commercial acumen including pricing strategy, deal structuring, and ROI modelling.
  • Experience working with CRM and analytics tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Excel, Tableau).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and partner relationship-building skills.


Work Experience Requirements

  • Total experience: 9+ years.
  • Minimum 46 years in Product Management roles.
  • Experience in product/service creation within SI or service provider industries preferred.
  • Relevant product management certifications are desirable.
