In product management, you will be the general manager of commercial and internal products. You will sit at the intersection of the business, user experience, and the technologies that solve our customer and end-user problems; confirming they meet market demands and drive business growth. You will design, develop and manage activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Your involvement will last throughout all stages of a product’s lifecycle including modifications, upgrades, maintenance of the product or product line. For commercial products, it also includes commercialization, go-to-market planning, sales, and other key business support activities.

Key skills:
- Understanding business requirements and translating into Epics, Features and User stories in industry standard format
- Proficiency in tools like ADO, Jira, Aha!, Miro, Pendo.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Scrum framework.
- Release Planning
- Backlog Management
- Understanding of Feature Prioritization techniques
- Understanding of UI/UX and Human-centered design thinking
Soft skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Stakeholder management cabilities including conflict resolution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Required Experience:
- At least 1 year in product owner role OR >8 years of experience in BA role
- Working with US stakeholders is preferable

Minimum years experience required

  • MBA Preferred / BE/Btech (CSPO certification (Must)/ ACSPO – Preferred)
