Responsibilities: Program Manager - Affluent Business

o   Develop, plan, and execute go to market campaigns tailored for HNI clients, focusing on their unique financial and lifestyle needs.

o   Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., product, data analytics, and digital marketing) to identify customer insights and design targeted campaigns.

o   Monitor campaign performance, track ROI, and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.

o   Manage the budget allocated for campaigns, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum impact.

o   Closely work with product and proposition teams to Identify, negotiate, and establish strategic alliances with service providers  (e.g., luxury travel, lifestyle, wellness, and investment firms) to enhance HNI offerings.

o   Manage ongoing partner relationships to ensure seamless service delivery and mutual business growth.

o   Plan and execute exclusive events and experiences tailored to the preferences of HNI clients.

o   Work with Relationship Managers to promote campaigns and partnerships effectively, ensuring client satisfaction.

o   Analyze client feedback to refine offerings and maintain the highest levels of service excellence.

o   Collaborate with the data analytics team to track customer behavior, campaign impact, and alliance performance.

o   Provide regular reports on campaign outcomes, client engagement metrics, and partnership success.

o   Use insights to recommend strategies for future campaigns and collaborations.
