Product Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager, based in Mumbai. The Product Manager will oversee the lifecycle of product development, define the product vision, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and manufacturing, to successfully deliver innovative solutions. Responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing customer needs, creating product roadmaps, and ensuring timely execution of projects while achieving business objectives.

• Strong skills in Product Management, Project Management, and strategic decision-making
• Experience with Market Research, Data Analysis, and Data-Driven Decision Making
• Knowledge of Product Strategy, Roadmap Creation, and Product Lifecycle Management
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Design
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
• Prior experience in the jewelry or luxury goods industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field; MBA is an advantage
• Proficiency with product management tools and methodologies is desirable
