About Our Client: This is a fast-growing social commerce startup working in the creator-led e-commerce space, enabling content creators to monetize product recommendations while offering users a seamless online shopping experience


Job Title: Product Manager - Platform

Location: Gurugram

Experience: 3-6

Educational Qualification: Btech/ MBA (tier- 1 only)


About the role: As a Product Manager for our Creator Platform, you will architect the core infrastructure to ensure it is robust, intuitive, and scalable. You will own the lifecycle of critical featuresfrom seamless link generation to complex payout systemsbridging sophisticated backend logic with a frictionless user interface. This role is for a builder who thrives on optimizing internal workflows and third-party integrations to empower thousands of creators.


Roles & Responsibility:

  • Ensure the end-to-end usability, scalability, and reliability of core creator features including link creation, sharing mechanisms, performance insights, and automated payouts.
  • Deep-dive into user behavior data and qualitative feedback to identify friction points and execute strategic improvements for a seamless creator journey.
  • Oversee and optimize the integration of third-party ecosystem tools such as WebEngage and LSQ to drive engagement and operational efficiency.
  • Own the development and refinement of internal tools, including the admin dashboard, to empower internal teams and streamline platform management.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to maintain high system uptime and performance standards as the creator base grows.
  • Act as the functional expert for platform capabilities, ensuring all features align with the broader company goal of creator success.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 1+ years specifically in a Platform or CX PM role within a tech-first organization.
  • A proven track record in e-commerce, SaaS, or fintech sectors is highly preferred.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree from a Tier-1 college in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Possession of a strong "problem-first" and "customer-first" mindset, with the ability to translate complex technical needs into user-centric solutions.
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Natural curiosity for understanding user psychology and a passion for building products that drive impact at scale.
  • Resilience and adaptability to thrive in the high-energy, fast-paced environment of an early-stage startup.
  • A strong desire for continuous learning and professional growth.
