Role Overview

We are looking for experienced professionals with strong expertise in Merchant Payments Ecosystem, covering onboarding, PSP integrations, settlements, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have deep domain knowledge in digital payments and marketplace platforms.

1 Merchant Onboarding

2 Merchant Seller / Payments Management

3 PSP Integration (Payment Service Provider Integration)

4 Merchant Settlement

5 Merchant Reporting & Analytics

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong understanding of Payments & FinTech ecosystem.
• Experience in UPI, Cards, Wallets, and Marketplace payment flows.
• Knowledge of RBI, NPCI, AML, and compliance standards.
• Expertise in reconciliation, ledger systems, and settlement workflows.
• Experience in API integrations with PSPs.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in high-volume transaction systems.

Preferred Background

• Experience with large-scale payment or e-commerce platforms.
• Exposure to dynamic payment routing and multi-PSP architecture.
• Knowledge of digital wallet and marketplace ecosystems.
