Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with deep expertise in networking technologies, automation, and AI/ML-driven operations to lead next-generation autonomous network platforms. The role combines strong product leadership with hands-on domain knowledge across enterprise networking, NetDevOps, GenAI, and Agentic AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap for AI-powered network automation and autonomous operations.
• Drive solutions for self-healing networks, AI-assisted NOC platforms, and LLM-driven troubleshooting.
• Lead productization of Agentic AI workflows using LLMs, LangChain/LangGraph, and vector databases.
• Translate enterprise networking needs (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, Wireless, Cloud, EVPN/VXLAN, Zero Trust) into scalable products.
• Define AI use cases: RCA automation, configuration generation, telemetry analysis, anomaly detection, and predictive remediation.
• Own API-first and Infrastructure-as-Code strategy (Python, Ansible, Terraform, CI/CD).
• Collaborate with engineering, AI/ML, DevOps, Sales, and Customer teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
• Drive business case, pricing strategy, and measurable outcomes (MTTR reduction, OPEX optimization).

Required Qualifications

• 1416 years of experience, including 6+ years in Product Management.
• Strong background in routing, switching, SD-WAN, wireless, MPLS, QoS, and network security.
• Hands-on experience with network automation (Python, Netmiko, NAPALM, Ansible, Terraform).
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, Jenkins/GitHub Actions for network pipelines.
• Working knowledge of LLMs (GPT, Llama), embeddings, vector stores, and AI-driven automation.
• Experience integrating APIs with controllers (Cisco DNA, Meraki, Aruba, Fortinet, Juniper Mist).
• Understanding of telemetry (SNMP, Syslog, NetFlow) and AI-based observability.

Preferred Certifications

• CCNP/CCIE or equivalent networking certification.
• DevNet / Cloud Networking (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• AI/ML or GenAI-related certifications (preferred).
