Role Overview

NetAmbit is looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Product Manager AI Initiatives to drive the strategy, development, and execution of AI-powered products and internal automation solutions.

This role will focus on identifying high-impact opportunities where AI can transform customer experience, operations, analytics, and business productivity. The ideal candidate combines strong product thinking, understanding of AI/ML capabilities, and the ability to drive cross-functional execution from concept to large-scale deployment.

Key Responsibilities

AI Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Identify high-impact opportunities to leverage AI across business functions.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and measurable success metrics.
• Prioritize initiatives based on ROI, scalability, feasibility, and data readiness.
• Align AI strategy with organizational growth objectives.

Execution & Delivery

• Translate business requirements into clear product specifications, workflows, and user stories.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, UX, and business teams to deliver solutions.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and milestone tracking.
• Ensure successful transition of AI models from experimentation to production.

AI Use Case Development

Drive initiatives such as:

• Conversational AI / Chatbots
• Predictive Analytics & Forecasting
• Recommendation Engines
• Document Intelligence & Automation
• Personalization Systems
• Internal Productivity Automation

Data & Governance

• Partner with data teams to ensure data quality and pipeline readiness.
• Define evaluation metrics for model performance, accuracy, and bias.
• Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and responsible AI standards.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the bridge between business leadership and technical teams.
• Present progress, insights, and ROI to senior management.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled workflows across teams.

Continuous Improvement

• Monitor production performance and user adoption.
• Drive iterative improvements using analytics and feedback.
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and tools.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 48 years of Product Management experience.
• At least 1 year working on AI/ML, data products, or automation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of:
• Machine Learning concepts
• LLMs / Generative AI
• APIs and data pipelines
• Experience writing PRDs, user stories, and product roadmaps.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience launching AI features in production environments.
• Familiarity with:
• NLP / Generative AI tools
• Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Analytics dashboards & BI tools
• API-based architectures
• Experience in Fintech / Services / Digital platforms is a plus.
