Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end product lifecycle: conceptualization, design, development, launch, and scaling. Define product roadmaps by understanding user needs, business priorities, and competitive landscape.

Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and business teams to deliver products on time with high quality.

Drive product adoption, customer engagement, and measurable business impact through innovative features.

Use data-driven insights to identify problems, opportunities, and validate solutions.

Continuously track performance through metrics, customer feedback, and market research.

Champion user-centricity while balancing business and technical constraints.

What Were Looking For

37 years of product management experience (internet/consumer tech experience preferred).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias for data-driven decisions.

Proven ability to translate customer needs into scalable product solutions.

Solid understanding of technology and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering/design teams.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and drive to make an impact. Good to Have

Exposure to AI/ML-driven products, marketplace models, or large-scale B2C platforms.

Understanding of funnels, growth loops, and conversion optimization.

MBA/Tier-1/Tier-2 engineering background (preferred but not mandatory).
