Role Description

As a Product Manager/Leader at IENERGY, you will be responsible for driving product strategy and overseeing end-to-end product lifecycle management. This includes conducting market research, defining product features, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will also work closely with stakeholders to prioritize roadmaps, manage timelines, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida, providing an exciting opportunity to shape scalable and innovative solutions for a global audience.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Product Strategy, Roadmap Planning, and Product Lifecycle Management
• Experience with Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Customer Insights
• Proven Experience Essential.
• Strong Project Management skills, including Timeline Management and Cross-functional Team Collaboration
• Knowledge of EHS, ESG, or Sustainability domains and regulatory compliance is an advantage
• Technical know-how in Software Development, System Integration, and Generative AI technologies is highly desirable
• Exceptional Communication, Leadership, and Stakeholder Engagement skills
• Ability to problem-solve, prioritize, and make data-driven decisions
• Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus
