Product Manager

We are looking for aProduct Manager who can take ownership of the product end-to-end from understanding users and defining problems to shaping solutions and working with design, engineering, and marketing to ship improvements.

This role requiresstrong product thinking , independent decision-making, and the ability toreplace day-to-day product ownership currently handled by the founder .

• Own the product roadmap and prioritize what to build next
• Understand user behavior, feedback, and pain points
• Define product requirements, flows, and success metrics
• Identify gaps, friction points, and improvement opportunities
• Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams
• Ensure features are built with clarity, quality, and purpose
• Continuously improve onboarding, usability, and retention
• Track product performance and iterate based on data

• Not a project coordinator
• Not a Jira-only role
• Not limited to writing requirements
