Product Manager

Ruby Seven Studios is looking for a dynamic team player who has got excellent managerial competencies and is keen on working in a product management profile. Youll be working with our inspiring game development team producing games for the most competitive and exciting genre of social casino games.

What you will be doing:

In this role you will,

• Own the game end to end
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Production, Technical and Art teams
• Assist in sprint planning and in publishing the game
• Regularly communicate the product updates to the senior leadership and convey the feedback to the production team

Desired Skill set:

• Excellent communication, both written & verbal is a must. Should be able to communicate effectively with our international partners
• Our games are data driven. Hence the candidates should have the ability to understand and interpret the data provided by the Analytics team
• Should be good in team management. Hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, data analytics, and marketing
• We need candidates who are proactive, very organized and have excellent time management capabilities. You need to ensure that your team is on par with the set timelines
• Should have a process-oriented mindset
• Having an interest towards gaming is highly appreciated. Should have the ability to understand various game features
• Should have an intellectual curiosity and should be keen to learn new things
• Proven ability to define and drive product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on data, impact, and player feedback
• Strong understanding of F2P game economy design, liveops, engagement loops, and monetization strategies.
• Familiarity with game KPIs (DAU, ARPDAU, Retention, LTV, etc.) and the ability to derive actionable insights.
• Ability to write clear PRDs, create user flows, and manage backlogs
• Understanding of player psychology, segmentation, and data-driven personalization.
